The Collective3d Cape Cod Style Home is an exterior set that includes two variations of the Cape Cod, one with a simple pediment above the front door and one without. It includes five paint and trim options for numerous possible combinations, a 50x150 foot lot including sidewalk easement and road that can be loaded with or without polygonal grass, and a white picket fence for the front yard.
