HD Body Burns Add-On for Genesis 8 and 8.1 Males is an expansion of textures that will provide the base products body burn morphs with 3 different looks: Raw, Carbonized, and Charred. And because we know characters come in all colors, we have included material settings to be applied to the Geoshell to ensure the textures will blend with light, mid-tone, and dark-skinned characters. Since the texture is applied to a Geoshell wearable with even UVs, we have also included a ton of utility presets to tweak the results to achieve your vision. We have likewise added presets for use with 8.1 characters. Since the textures are 8K in resolution, we built the product in a way to reduce system resources by having a single map per channel containing all the textures, and then using LIE to build the opacity mask (a LIE preset per mask that corresponds to one of the morphs). For your convenience, we have also included pre-combined masks so you can quickly apply all the burns or burn the entire arm(s) of your character without having gaps between the individual masks. Additionally, we have included 2 sets of masks. The regular masks (hard) are intended to be used with the Carbonized and Charred presets, and the soft masks are best used with the Raw preset. Having said that, as shown in the promos, you can always mix, match, stack, and experiment for greater variation! In total, you get 2 Wearable Geoshell presets, 8 Iray Material presets (Raw has a variation for darker-skinned characters), 128 LIE Mask presets, 8 Opacity presets, 4 LIE Bonus Mixing presets (which will stack the base product’s textures for various effects), and 10 Normal and Displacement presets. With the ability to mix, match, and even stack Geoshells, the possibilities for variation and intensity are endless! And since these are built on a Geoshell in a non-destructive way, you can tweak and refine using the Surface Pane to your heart's content knowing that your character's skin settings will not be affected! Like with our other packs, these can be combined to help add valuable subtext to your images, allowing you to build characters marked by hardships and pain.
