UNDEAD NURSE FOR DAWN: She likes men with brains... FOR DINNER! If you go into her hospital, you had better be well armed. This ghoulish nurse has a taste for human flesh and her ghastly medical treatments are not covered by Blue Cross. After the huge success of DND Undead Nurse for V4, a new zombie pin-up lady for the GORE-geous Dawn was created. LOTS of goodies to play with, a total of three body/head morphs and several texture options, included the basic or SSS versions of each MAT file. Not only that but we included a series of smart props like nurse cap, earrings, nipple cross and a sexy dress. Two different dress were created, one for the human nurse and one for the zombie.
