Sparky Skittle was inspired by the condition known as microcephaly. Made most famous in the modern age by Tod Browning's Freaks and more recently American horror story. It is a rare neurological disorder and is characterized by a smaller than average head. Biologically, during conception the head fails to grow in time with the face – which continues to develop at a normal rate; this produces a person with a small head and a receding forehead. Due to her unique look she could be a wide variety of things with a wide range of roles and uses in narratives and renders. She loads at a locked in scale of 75%, keeping her at a naturally short stature.
